Before reloading your card, please note that if you haven't used your ski ticket due to loss, damage, illness, bad weather, power outage or other circumstances beyond and out of our control, the ski ticket will not be refunded or re-issued for a different time period.
Each ski ticket has a unique serial number, please enter the number of your ski ticket carefully otherwise you can pay for reloading of another ski ticket. In that case we will not refund your money.
You cannot reload a ski ticket which is already reloaded with active ski pass (for example if you have reloaded one-day ski pass, use it before reloading another ski pass).
